Terrible service they have there. We heard that the food is very good there with reasonable price so decided to drop by. We went in at first, the table arrangement was unusual. Then we sat down for about 10mins, no one bother to pass us the menu until we asked for it. Then we ordered and suddenly a woman came in from no where shouted at her staffs. Saying that they should not let any other customers in if not later the kitchen will scold her or something like that. There were also other customers there in the restaurant as well. While we were waiting for our food to come, there were more customers coming and that woman went outside and told them that the restaurant was fully booked even the smoking areas. She as kind of rude to an old couple aunty and uncle saying in cantonese, "aunty what you want?". Then she was shouting in the restaurant asking her staffs not to take anymore customers. To me if the restaurant is close for private function then she should at least put a notice at the entrance to inform everyone that the restaurant is actually close for private function and not shouting at her staffs and customers. Their service is terrible i mean the worst I've seen in a western cuisine restaurant. Besides that their staffs do not understand what their customers request for. Maybe they are foreigners. We waited for our food for about 20mins. Then i ordered a soup for starter, surprise that my main course came first instead of the starter. Since she was shouting in the restaurant, we didn't have the mood to continue eating. After dinner, one of my friend thought of trying their dessert, creme brulee. She shouted at her staffs asking "what she wants?" then shouted again asking her staff to check if they have creme brulee in the kitchen. After 5mins, her staff came and told my friend they do not have that today. I guess its an excuse to make us leave the restaurant fast by not serving us anymore dish. Of course, can't deny that some of their food are nice but everything was very salty. I guess I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. I’ve just tried this place today for dinner. I love their kabonara pasta as well, quite nice too! :P @mimid3vils,
