Placed an order for mixed salad. Repeated 3 times for French dressing and not Thousand Island. Mixed salad comes with Thousand Island dressing. I tell the waiter who takes it back. "New" bowl comes and waiter puts French Dressing on top of it, but in the middle there was still some Thousand Island dressing on it! Obviously they just took off the top layers of the salad and didn't throw the whole thing away. When bill came we refused to pay service charge. Was told that the service charge can't be taken off because the computer automatically adds it, but they did "cancel" an item of approximate value to the service charge. But prosperity burger still very nice to eat, but I don't take beef so I'll only try the Chicken Prosperity Burger, but then I can't eat it now because I'm having cough now.grrr!
